You Need:

1 3⁄4 cup of Campoverde Pineapple Chunks

1 tbsp. of Lime juice

1 tbsp. of Honey

1 tbsp. of Olive oil

1 small jalapeño diced with the seeds removed

½ Chopped lilac onion

1 Medium avocado, diced

2 tbsp. of Coriander

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Chop the Campoverde pineapple into cubes, keeping the juice in a container.

Then, mix that juice with lime, honey, oil and jalapeño. Season it with salt and pepper to your liking and add the pineapple and onion.

Finally, add the avocado and coriander and let the flavors spread for at least 15 minutes.

Take out the chips and let the party begin!

Tip: Chop the avocado in half and gently wipe it clean to use the peel as a side dish.
