FRENCH TOAST STUFFED WITH CHEESE AND BERRIES

You Need:

2 cups of Campoverde 4 Berry Mix

2 tbsp. of Brown sugar

2 tbsp. of Granulated sugar

2/3 cups of Low-fat ricotta cheese

3 Large eggs

2/3 cups of skim evaporated milk 

2 tsp. of Vanilla extract

10 Slices of bread

Butter 

Powdered sugar (optional)

Syrup

Instructions:

Combine the eggs, evaporated milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract on a tart plate or in a flat container; mix them well.

Mix the berries and granulated sugar in a food processor. 

Spread the cheese and fruit mixture on 5 slices of bread.

Complete the French toast with the remaining slices of bread.

Heat a little butter in a skillet over medium heat. Soak the bread in the egg mixture and make sure both sides are covered.

Cook each side until it is golden brown.

Tip: Decorate with powdered sugar and some berries. Serve the toasts with syrup.
