1 lb. of Campoverde Jumbo Strawberries
1 ¼ cups of Water
¼ cup of Sugar
2 tbsp. of Lemon juice
In a small saucepan, add the water, sugar and lemon juice until the mixture boils slightly.
Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
Set the mixture aside and let it cool.
Make a puree with the Campoverde Jumbo Strawberries in your blender.
Combine the syrup that resulted in the pot with the strawberry puree.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and put them in your freezer for at least 6 hours.
Tip: If you like pieces of strawberry on your popsicles, forget about the blender and make the puree by hand. That way, those delicious pieces of strawberry that you want will remain.
