You Need:

Serving: 4 Burgers


8 oz. of Campoverde mango chunks

4 slices of fish

2 1⁄4 oz. of red pepper

2 1⁄4 oz. of red onion

3 tbsp. of Fresh lemon juice

4 tbsp. of Vinegar

Olive oil


1/8 tsp. of Ground red pepper


8 Slices of hamburger bread


Mix onion, green pepper and Campoverde Mango Chunks in a bowl.

In another bowl, mix the lemon juice, vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and the red pepper flakes.

Combine both mixtures and mix together.

Leave it in the refrigerator to marinate at 40 F or below for two hours before serving.

Season the fish with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place the fish in a frying pan and with a little bit of olive oil and cook over medium heat.

Cooking time will depend on the size of the fish, but should not be more than 10 minutes.

Toast the bread on both sides.

If you like mayonnaise in your burger, use one made with olive oil. Add spinach and then the fish.


Add two ounces of the mango salad and finish by placing the other piece of bread.
