½ cup of Moonlight Serenade Campoverde
1 cup of Flour
1 tbsp. of Baking Powder
1 tbsp. of Sugar
½ tbsp. of Salt
2 tbsp. of Vegetable Oil
Mix all ingredients except the blueberries and butter until smooth. Then, add the blueberries delicately.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter on its surface.
Finally, pour the mixture over it in 1/3 cup portions.
Let both sides of the pancake cook for 1½ to 2 minutes.
Now call your family because breakfast is ready!
Tip: When serving, garnish with uncooked blueberries and toss in your favorite syrup for a sweeter touch.
