PAPAYA AND GINGER SMOOTHIE

You Need:

2 ½ cups of Campoverde Papaya Healthy Treat

1 cup of Ice

2/3 cups of Fat free Yogurt

1 tbsp. of Ginger, peeled and minced

1 tsp. of Honey

2 Lemon Juice

16 Mint leaves, 4 for each glass

Instructions:

Use your blender to mix the papaya, ice, ginger, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.

Start adding 1 tablespoon of water until it reaches the consistency you want.

Finally, add the mint leaves.

Tip: This recipe serves 4 people and is a good breakfast for weekdays.
