1 Rosemary branch, stemless
1 oz. of Honey syrup
1 oz. of Lemon juice
4 oz. of Club Soda
1 Rosemary branch to decorate
Carefully mash the blueberries, rosemary leaves, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Add the lemon juice and shake with ice for 10 seconds.
Pass through a strainer in a tall glass with ice.
Add the club soda and stir.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
